Milena Smit is a Spanish actress. Born on 5 October 1996 in Elche, she began working as a model at age 15 before moving to Madrid. She trained at the Cristina Rota acting school and with coach Bernard Hiller.

Her feature film debut came in *Cross the Line* (2020), in which she played Mila; the role earned her a Goya Award nomination for Best New Actress. She subsequently appeared as Ana in Pedro Almodóvar’s *Parallel Mothers* (2021), Lola in *Tin & Tina* (2023), Miren Rojo in the series *The Snow Girl* (2023), Perempuán in *The Platform 2* (2024) and Natalia in *Bitter Christmas* (2026).
