Miles Jupp is an English actor and comedian. He began his career as a stand-up comedian, winning So You Think You're Funny and the Leicester Mercury Comedian of the Year in 2001, and receiving a Perrier Award Best Newcomer nomination in 2003.

Jupp has appeared in numerous films and television series. His credits include *Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix* (2007), *Sherlock Holmes* (2009), *The Monuments Men* (2014), *The Legend of Tarzan* (2016) and *Napoleon* (2023) as Emperor Francis I. On television he has played roles in *Rev*, *The Thick of It* and *The Crown*, and hosted BBC Radio 4's *The News Quiz* from 2015 to 2019. He studied at the University of Edinburgh.
