## Biography

Monica Black is a Scottish production designer. She holds a BA Hons in Furniture Design/3D and Applied Arts from Edinburgh College of Art and an MA in Production Design for Film & TV from Kingston University.

Her credits include the series *The Victim* (2019), *Banana* (2015), *Catastrophe* (2015), *Trust Me* (2017) and *Free Rein* (2017), and the films *Brotherhood* (2016) and *St George's Day* (2012). *The Victim* and *Trust Me* received BAFTA Scotland nominations for Best Scripted Drama; *Free Rein* was nominated for a UK Broadcast Award for Best Children’s Programme.
