Monica Swinn (born Monika Swuine) is a Belgian actress. She trained at the Institut des Arts de Diffusion and the Université Libre de Bruxelles before beginning her career on stage in Brussels.

Swinn is known for her roles in European exploitation films of the 1970s, particularly those directed by Jesús Franco, in which she appeared in around twenty productions. Notable credits include *Barbed Wire Dolls* (1976) and *Female Vampire* (1975). After a long hiatus she returned to acting as Lorna in *The Duke of Burgundy* (2015).
