Mónica Villa is an Argentine actress of stage, screen and television. Born on 16 December 1954 in Parque Patricios, Buenos Aires, she trained in theatre and has also worked as a researcher and educator.

She is known for her role as Susana in *Waiting for the Hearse* (1985), for which she received a Best Actress award at the Festival de Cine Iberoamericano in Huelva, Spain. Other film roles include *The Holy Girl* (2004) and Professor Leguizamón in *Wild Tales* (2014). On television she has appeared in *Los simuladores* (2002) as Beatriz and *The Extortion* (2023) as Rita Tirabosco.

Villa has received theatre awards including an ACE Golden award for best leading actress and a Premios Trinidad Guevara. She has been nominated for a Martín Fierro award.
