Monsieur André, also known as André Saraiva, is a Swedish-French graffiti artist. He began creating street art in Paris in the mid-1980s and is best known for his recurring Mr. A character.

He appears as himself in the 2010 documentary *Exit Through the Gift Shop*, directed by Banksy, which examines the street art scene. Saraiva has also contributed artwork to the film.
