Morgan Farley, also credited as Francis Morgan Farley, was an American actor who worked on stage, in film and on television.

His theatrical career began in 1917 in the stage adaptation of Booth Tarkington's *Seventeen*. He starred in the Broadway comedy *Fata Morgana* (1924) and appeared in other productions before and after military service in the Second World War. He later took small supporting roles in films and on television.

Farley is credited as Dr. Mahin in *High Noon* (1952). Among his other screen appearances are *Julius Caesar* (1953), *Soylent Green* (1973) and guest roles in the original *Star Trek* series (1966) as Hacom and the Yang Scholar.
