Morton Lowry (born Edward Morton Lowater) was a British actor. Born in Lancashire, England, on 13 February 1914, he died in San Francisco, California, on 26 November 1987.

He began his career on the London stage under the name Edward Lowater, appearing in revues in the early 1930s. His first major film role came as Donnie Scott in *The Dawn Patrol* (1938). He went on to appear in more than 25 films, often in supporting parts.

Lowry is best known for his performances as John Stapleton in *The Hound of the Baskervilles* (1939) and as Mr. Jonas in *How Green Was My Valley* (1941). He also played Adrian Singleton in *The Picture of Dorian Gray* (1945) and appeared in two different roles in the Basil Rathbone Sherlock Holmes series. His later work included television appearances in the 1950s and 1960s.
