Mounir Margoum is a French actor and director. He was born on 7 July 1976 in Clermont-Ferrand, Puy-de-Dôme, France, and trained at the Conservatoire national supérieur d'art dramatique, graduating in 2003.

He began his professional career in theatre before moving into film and television. Margoum is known for his portrayal of Qusay Hussein in the 2008 BBC/HBO series *House of Saddam*, as well as roles in *Rendition* (2007), *Divines* (2016), *Les Cowboys* (2015), *The Hitman's Bodyguard* (2017), *The Passengers of the Night* (2022) and *Enzo* (2025). He has also appeared in *Spooks* (2009) and directed short films.
