Mugihito, born Makoto Terada, is a Japanese voice actor, stage actor and narrator. He was born on 8 August 1944 in Musashino, Tokyo, and has also been credited as Makoto Terada, Terada Makoto, Mugihito Amachi and Amachi Mugihito. He is the younger brother of actress Michie Terada.

He began his career as a child kabuki actor in the 1950s and moved into stage work, film, television and voice acting. Mugihito is the founder and head of the agency Jagaimo Mura (also known as Potato Village). He is best known for voicing Keel Lorenz in *Neon Genesis Evangelion* (1995) and the subsequent films, as well as roles including Yoshinobu Gakuganji in *Jujutsu Kaisen* (2020), Mitsunari Tokugawa in *BAKI* (2018) and Sverkel in *Vinland Saga* (2019).
