## Biography

Munaf Rayani is an American guitarist and composer. He is a founding member of the post-rock band Explosions in the Sky, formed in Austin, Texas, in 1999.

The band has composed original scores for film and television, including *American Primeval* (2025), *Lone Survivor* (2013) and *Manglehorn* (2015). Rayani contributes to the band's instrumental work as guitarist, keyboardist and percussionist.
