## Biography

N.D. Wilson is an American writer, filmmaker and author. He has written and directed short films and the feature *The River Thief* (2016), and served as creator and executive producer on the animated series *Hello Ninja* (2019–2021), based on his picture book.

Wilson wrote teleplays and episodes for the biblical drama series *House of David* (2025) and acted as co-executive producer on the first season. He is also known for documentary work including *The Riot and the Dance* (2020).

Born Nathan David Wilson in 1978 in Moscow, Idaho, he is the son of theologian Douglas Wilson and has published several series of young adult fiction.
