Nancy Fichman is an American television writer and producer. She has written episodes of *Damages* (2007), *Nurse Jackie* (2009), *Grace and Frankie* (2015), *Get Shorty* (2017) and *High Desert* (2023). She also wrote the 2004 television film *The Dead Will Tell*.

Fichman frequently collaborates with writer Jennifer Hoppe-House. The pair served as story editors and staff writers on the first two seasons of *Nurse Jackie* and as story editors on the fourth season of *Damages*. They received Writers Guild of America nominations in 2009 and 2010 for their work on *Nurse Jackie*. Fichman created and executive-produced *High Desert*.
