Natalia Gastiain Tena is an English-Spanish actress and musician. She was born on 1 November 1984 in London and attended Bedales School in Hampshire. She made her screen debut as Ellie in the 2002 film *About a Boy*, credited as Nat Gastiain Tena.

Tena is best known for playing Nymphadora Tonks in the *Harry Potter* film series (2007–2011) and the wildling Osha in the HBO series *Game of Thrones* (2011–2013; 2016). Other credits include Xi'an in *The Mandalorian* (2019), Katia in *John Wick: Chapter 4* (2023) and Inez in the 2025 series *Riot Women*. She is the lead singer and accordionist of the band Molotov Jukebox.
