## Biography

Natalie Moorhead was an American film and stage actress. Born Nathalian Moorhead on 27 July 1901 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, she began her career in theatre before entering films in the late 1920s.

She appeared in numerous films during the 1930s, often in supporting roles, and is credited as Julia Wolf in *The Thin Man* (1934). Other credits include *The Women* (1939) and *All This, and Heaven Too* (1940). She retired from acting in the early 1940s.

Moorhead was married to film director Alan Crosland from 1930 to 1935. She died on 6 October 1992 in Montecito, California.
