Natasha Rose Mills is a British actress, writer and producer. She is credited as Jessica in the 2023 horror film *Winnie-the-Pooh: Blood and Honey* and appeared as Bethany in the 2018 action film *Accident Man*.

Mills wrote and starred in the 2019 short film *Colourblind*. She has also appeared in *Return of Krampus* (2022) and other shorts, and is co-founder of Blue Glass Films.
