Nathalie Richard is a French actress. She was born in Paris on 6 January 1963 and trained at the Conservatoire national supérieur d'art dramatique, graduating in 1986 after spending a year in New York with the Karole Armitage dance company.

She received the Prix Michel Simon for most promising actress for her role as Cécile in Jacques Rivette's *Gang of Four* (1988). Richard is known for roles including Mathilde in Michael Haneke's *Caché* (2005) and *Code Unknown* (2000), Zoé in Olivier Assayas's *Irma Vep* (1996), Madame in *Never Let Me Go* (2010), and Véro in *Young & Beautiful* (2013).
