## Biography

Neil Cohen is a writer, playwright, journalist and screenwriter. He wrote an episode of the television series *24* (2003) and contributed a story to *The Equalizer* (1985). His other television credits include episodes of *Mann & Machine* (1992), *The Big Easy* (1997) and *B.L. Stryker* (1990).

Cohen co-wrote and co-directed the independent film *Chief Zabu* (1988). His screenwriting credits also include *Pass the Ammo* (1987), *Hot Money* (1986) and the screenplay for *Death in Granada* (1996). His plays have been produced in New York, Chicago and Los Angeles, and his non-fiction writing has appeared in *Los Angeles Magazine*, *New York Magazine*, *Playboy* and other publications. He is the author and illustrator of the children's book *American Gargoyles*.
