Neil Giuntoli (also credited as Neil Gray Giuntoli) is an American actor born on 20 December 1959 in Chicago, Illinois. A native of Chicago, he attended Francis W. Parker High School, served in the US Navy as a translator in Korea, and began his career in Chicago theatre. He wrote and performed in original plays including "Crate Dweller" and "Hizzoner", the latter of which received a Joseph Jefferson Award citation.

Giuntoli made his screen debut in 1987 and is known for film roles including Eddie Caputo in *Child's Play* (1988), Jigger in *The Shawshank Redemption* (1994), and the Hellfire Gunner in *Waterworld* (1995). On television he has appeared as Brody in *Seinfeld*, Florus Workman in *The Jeff Foxworthy Show*, and Billy Quintaine in an episode of *Tales from the Crypt*.
