Neil Joseph William Sandilands is a South African actor, filmmaker and musician. Born on 1 May 1975 in Randfontein, he began his professional acting career at the age of fourteen in South African television and film. He appeared in local series such as 7de Laan before moving to Los Angeles in 2007.

Sandilands is known for his role as Clifford DeVoe / The Thinker in the fourth season of *The Flash* (2017–2018), Titus in *The 100* (2016) and General Abbott in *Sweet Tooth* (2021–2023), for which he received a Children’s and Family Emmy Award nomination. His film credits include Wilhelm Leonberger in *News of the World* (2020) and Koro in *Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes* (2024).
