## Biography

Neil Smith is a film editor. He graduated with a degree in Drama from the University of Hull and began his career in London, initially working as a runner before becoming an editor.

In 2006 he co-founded the editing company Work Editorial in London with partners including Rich Orrick and Bill Smedley. The company later opened offices in New York and Los Angeles; Smith moved to Los Angeles in 2015 to establish its West Coast base. He has maintained a long collaboration with director Rupert Sanders.

His feature editing credits include *Snow White and the Huntsman* (2012), *Ghost in the Shell* (2017), *The Crow* (2024) and *Killer Heat* (2024). He has also edited commercials and received multiple awards for his work.
