Nicholas Kobliansky was a Russian-American character actor and technical advisor. Born in Kherson in the Russian Empire, he worked in Hollywood from the late 1920s into the 1940s, frequently taking small uncredited roles as waiters, doctors, interpreters and similar characters in films with Russian or Eastern European settings.

His acting credits include an uncredited role as Drillmaster in *The Last Command* (1928), a part in *The Patriot* (1928), Russian Doctor in *The Walking Dead* (1936), and Father Nicolai in *The Doughgirls* (1944). He also served as technical advisor or technical director on several productions, including *The Patriot* (1928), *Resurrection* (1931) and *British Agent* (1934). He died in Monrovia, California, in 1976.
