## Biography

Nick Goldsmith is a British film, television and music video producer. He is one half of the creative partnership and production company Hammer & Tongs, alongside director and writer Garth Jennings.

Goldsmith and Jennings met while studying at Central Saint Martins and began working together on music videos in the 1990s, including those for Blur, Supergrass and Fatboy Slim. They later moved into feature films, with Goldsmith producing *The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy* (2005), directed by Jennings, and *Son of Rambow* (2007). The duo announced an extended break from collaboration in 2012.
