Nick Hobbs was a stunt performer, stunt coordinator and occasional actor. He worked in the film and television industry for over five decades, with credits including stunts on *An American Werewolf in London* (1981), *Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom* (1984), *Batman* (1989), *Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves* (1991), *Captain America: The First Avenger* (2011), *Thor: The Dark World* (2013) and *Wonder Woman* (2017).

Hobbs also took small acting roles, including the Taxi Driver in *Closer* (2004). He appeared in episodes of *Doctor Who* in both the original and revived series. He died on 29 December 2024 in London.
