## Biography

Nickie Sault is a British producer and former assistant director. She began her career in the industry as a runner on the 2006 feature *This Is England*, directed by Shane Meadows, and subsequently worked as second assistant director and first assistant director on several films and series, including *The Children* (2008), *The Limehouse Golem* (2016) and episodes of *Houdini & Doyle*.

Sault has produced multiple projects with Meadows, including the miniseries *The Virtues* (2019), for which she received a BAFTA nomination, and *The Gallows Pole* (2023). Her other producing credits include the series *World on Fire* (2019) and *The Outlaws* (2021–2022). In 2024 she launched the Sheffield-based production company Class 5, which is developing the feature adaptation *Rare Singles* with author Ben Myers.
