## Biography

Nicolas Maury is a French actor and filmmaker. Born on 14 October 1980 in Saint-Yrieix-la-Perche, Haute-Vienne, he trained at the Conservatoire national supérieur d'art dramatique in Paris, graduating in 2004. His first screen role came in Patrice Chéreau's 1998 film *Those Who Love Me Can Take the Train*.

Maury is best known for his regular role as Hervé André-Jezack in the television series *Call My Agent!* (2015–2020). Other credits include *Paris, je t'aime* (2006), *The French Kissers* (2009), *Knife+Heart* (2018), *The Bare Necessity* (2019) and *The Magic Tuche* (2018). He made his directorial debut with *My Best Part* (2020), which received a César Award nomination for Best First Feature Film.
