## Biography

Niels Sejer is a Danish production designer and architect. Born on 4 September 1963, he trained at the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts School of Architecture, graduating in 1992. He began working in film in the mid-1990s and has focused on production design since 1998.

Sejer is known for his work on the Danish series *The Killing* (2007) and *The Bridge* (2011). His other credits include *The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo* (2009), *A Royal Affair* (2012), *Dead Man Down* (2013), *Flatliners* (2017) and *Borgen* (2022). He has received three Robert Awards for best production design, as well as an Amanda Award and the Henning Bahs Prize.
