Noah Baylin is a television writer and producer. He worked on the series *Law & Order* (1990) as story editor and executive story editor, and contributed to multiple episodes as writer, story and teleplay between 2001 and 2004.

His other credits include writing an episode of *Night Stalker* (2005), for which he also served as executive story editor, and writing and co-producing on *Heartland* (2007).
