Norm Hiscock is a Canadian screenwriter, producer and director. Born in Montreal, Quebec, he began his career as a writer on the sketch comedy series *The Kids in the Hall* (1990–1995) and contributed to the 1996 film *Kids in the Hall: Brain Candy*.

He later wrote for *Saturday Night Live*, *King of the Hill* (1997–), *Corner Gas*, *Parks and Recreation* (2009–2015, where he also directed episodes), *Brooklyn Nine-Nine* and *Space Force*. He has received Emmy Awards and nominations for his work on *King of the Hill* and other series.
