Norma Koch was an American costume designer, often credited simply as Norma. She worked in Hollywood from the mid-1940s until the early 1970s, with credits including *Gun Crazy* (1950), *Marty* (1955) and *Sayonara* (1957).

She won the Academy Award for Best Costume Design (Black and White) for *What Ever Happened to Baby Jane?* (1962). She received further Oscar nominations in the same category for *Hush...Hush, Sweet Charlotte* (1964) and for *Lady Sings the Blues* (1972).
