Norman Fletcher is a New Zealand actor. His screen credits include the role of Perrin in the 1985 science fiction film *The Quiet Earth*, directed by Geoff Murphy.

He appeared in several other New Zealand productions, among them *Goodbye Pork Pie* (1980), *Ngati* (1987) as Dr. Paul Bennett, and the television series *Children of Fire Mountain* (1979) as Davies. Fletcher also played Mr. Latcherie, Sr. in the 1989 American film *Steel Magnolias*.
