Norman Lovett (born 31 October 1946) is an English stand-up comedian and actor. He was born in Windsor, Berkshire, and began performing stand-up in his thirties on the alternative comedy circuit.

Lovett is best known for playing Holly, the ship's computer, in the BBC sitcom *Red Dwarf* (1988), appearing in series 1 and 2, returning for series 7 and 8, and later episodes including series 12 and the 2020 special *The Promised Land*. He has also appeared in *Keeping Up Appearances* (1990) as Mr Duxbury, *The Young Ones* (1984), *The Bill*, and the film *Evil Aliens* (2006). Other television work includes his own BBC2 sitcom *I, Lovett* (1993) and *Asylum* (1996).
