O.E. Hasse (Otto Eduard Hasse) was a German actor. He was born on 11 July 1903 in Obersitzko, Province of Posen, German Empire (now Obrzycko, Poland) and died in 1978 in West Berlin.

He studied at Max Reinhardt's acting school in Berlin after briefly reading law. His stage career included work in Thale, Breslau and, from 1930 to 1939, the Kammerspiele in Munich, where he also directed. After the Second World War he appeared in numerous films, including international productions.

His credits include *Decision Before Dawn* (1951) as Col. Oberst von Ecker, *I Confess* (1953) as Otto Keller, *Betrayed* (1954) and *The Adventures of Arsène Lupin* (1957) as Kaiser Wilhelm II. He also worked extensively as a voice actor in German dubs.
