Olin Caldwell Francis (also credited as Olin Francis) was an American character actor. Born on 13 September 1891 in Mooreville, Mississippi, he appeared in more than 100 films between the silent era and the early 1940s, most often in uncredited or supporting roles in westerns and other genres.

His credited parts include Olin Hickory in *The Kid Brother* (1927) and Fulad (uncredited) in *Gunga Din* (1939). He also appeared uncredited in *Stagecoach* (1939), *Les Misérables* (1935) and *Citizen Kane* (1941). Francis died on 30 June 1952 in Culver City, California.
