## Biography

Olivia Purnell is a writer and producer. She began her television career as a staff writer on the second season of *American Gods* (2019). She subsequently worked as a writer on *Y: The Last Man* (2021) and served as a writer and executive story editor on the first season of *Foundation* (2021), for which she wrote the episode "The Mathematician's Ghost".

In 2019, Purnell signed an overall deal with Skydance Television. She is a writer and co-producer on the series *The Lowdown* (2025). Prior to her writing career, she worked as a stylist.
