Omar Gueye, also credited as Oumar Gueye, is a Senegalese actor. He appeared in Ousmane Sembène's *Ceddo* (1977) as Jaraaf the King's Mediator.

Gueye has credits in other Senegalese films, including the role of Khaly the griot in Ababacar Samb Makharam's *Jom* (1982) and Baye Aly the village chief in Sembène's *Guelwaar* (1992).
