Hardwick is known for his role as James 'Ghost' St. Patrick in the series *Power* (2014–2020). His film credits include Sergeant Marcus Williams in *Kick-Ass* (2010), Chopshop Jay in *The A-Team* (2010), and Vanderohe in *Army of the Dead* (2021). He has also appeared in *Sorry to Bother You* (2018), *Shot Caller* (2017), and *The Mother* (2023).
