Ora Jones is an American actress. Born on 19 December 1962 in Columbus, Ohio, she graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 1985.

She has been an ensemble member of the Steppenwolf Theater Company in Chicago since 2007 and received Joseph Jefferson Award nominations for supporting roles in *The Violet Hour* (2003) and *Carter's Way* (2008). Her screen credits include *Save the Last Dance* (2001), *Prison Break* (2005), *Stranger Than Fiction* (2006), *Chicago Fire* (2013) and *Somebody Somewhere* (2022–2024) as Pastor Deb.
