Oscar Millard (1908–1990) was a British novelist and screenwriter. Born in London, he published a biography and a novel set in Belgium in the 1930s before moving to Hollywood, where he worked as a contract screenwriter for 20th Century Fox from the late 1940s.

His screen credits include the screenplay for *Come to the Stable* (1949), the story for *The Frogmen* (1951), for which he received an Academy Award nomination, the screenplay for *No Highway in the Sky* (1951), and the screenplay (with Frank Nugent) for *Angel Face* (1953). Later film work encompassed *The Conqueror* (1956), *Song Without End* (1960) and *Dead Ringer* (1964). He also wrote episodes for television series including *The Alfred Hitchcock Hour*.

Millard contributed articles on Hollywood to the Los Angeles Times and travel pieces to the New York Times.
