Oscar Polk (25 December 1899 – 4 January 1949) was an American actor. He portrayed the house servant Pork in the film *Gone with the Wind* (1939). Other screen roles include Gabriel in *The Green Pastures* (1936), Salt Meat in *Reap the Wild Wind* (1942), and The Deacon and Fleetfoot in *Cabin in the Sky* (1943). He was also credited as O.W. Polk in some early films.

Polk began his career on the stage in the late 1920s and appeared in several Broadway productions, among them *The Green Pastures* (1935) and *You Can't Take It with You* (1936). He continued working in theatre and film until his death in New York City after being struck by a taxi.
