Oscar Rene Lozoya II is an editor and director who has worked extensively on the Law & Order franchise and other Dick Wolf productions. He began his career as an intern at NBC Universal after graduating from California State University, Bakersfield in 2009 with a degree in communications and digital media, progressing through roles including editorial assistant, assistant editor and editor on series such as *Law & Order*, *Law & Order: Special Victims Unit* and *Chicago Fire*.

Lozoya has directed episodes of *Law & Order: Special Victims Unit*, *Chicago Fire*, *FBI* and *Fire Country*. He wrote and directed the feature film *How We Met* (2016) and the short film *The Forgotten Place* (2021), the latter of which received multiple festival awards. He is a native of Albuquerque, New Mexico, and is based in Los Angeles.
