## Biography

Oscar Stribolt, also credited as Peter Oscar Stribolt, was a Danish stage and film actor of the silent era.

He appeared as the Fat Monk in *Häxan* (1922) and as a waiter in *The Abyss* (1910). He worked prolifically with director Lau Lauritzen Sr. and featured in more than 130 films, often in comedic roles. Stribolt also directed three short films.
