Otto Meyer was an American film editor. Born in San Francisco, California, on 12 July 1901, he began working as a film editor in 1931 and edited approximately 80 films and television productions through the 1960s. He was under long-term contract at Columbia Pictures from 1933 to 1945.

Meyer received Academy Award nominations for Best Film Editing for *Theodora Goes Wild* (1936) and *The Talk of the Town* (1942). Among his other credits are *Penny Serenade* (1941), *You'll Never Get Rich* (1941), *The More the Merrier* (1943) and episodes of the television series *Perry Mason* (1957–1961) and *Gunsmoke* (1959–1967). He died in California on 18 April 1980.
