Pamela Branch is an American actress. She was born on 27 December 1946 in Los Angeles, California.

Branch played Sister Elizabeth in the 1963 film *Lilies of the Field*; she was the daughter of the film's production manager J. Paul Popkin. Her other credits include the role of Helen Watkins in two episodes of the television series *Perry Mason* (1958–1962), appearances in *Combat!* (1964) and *The Many Loves of Dobie Gillis* (1959), and the part of Mrs. Purvis in the 1970 film *Suppose They Gave a War and Nobody Came*.
