Paolo Carlini (6 January 1922 – 3 November 1979) was an Italian stage, television and film actor. Born in Santarcangelo di Romagna, he trained with actress Teresa Franchini and made his stage debut at a young age. He appeared in 45 films between 1940 and 1979.

Carlini is best known internationally for his supporting role as Mario Delani in *Roman Holiday* (1953). He also appeared in *It Started in Naples* (1960) as Renzo and *Chronicle of Anna Magdalena Bach* (1968) as Hölzel. He was regarded as one of the early stars of Italian television mini-series, known as sceneggiati, and had a notable stage association with actress Lea Padovani in the 1950s.
