Pat Bullard is a Canadian-American television writer, producer, comedian and host. Born on 6 February 1959 in Mississauga, Ontario, he began his career as a stand-up comedian before moving into television writing and hosting.

He wrote for sitcoms including *Roseanne* (1988), where he also served as story editor, *Grace Under Fire*, *Two Guys and a Girl* (1998), *Reba* (2001) and *Last Man Standing* (2011). Bullard has produced episodes of several series and hosted game shows such as *Love Connection* (1998–1999) and *Card Sharks* (2001), as well as his own talk show *The Pat Bullard Show* (1996). His elder brother was comedian Mike Bullard.
