Pat Fraley is an American voice actor and voice-over teacher. Born Patrick Howard Fraley on 18 February 1949 in Seattle, Washington, he holds an MFA in acting from Cornell University.

Fraley is known for voicing Krang, Casey Jones and Baxter Stockman in the 1987 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles animated series. His film credits include additional voices in *Toy Story 2* (1999), *Monsters, Inc.* (2001), *Chicken Little* (2005), *Tangled* (2010) and the role of Fragile / Sweets in *The Boxtrolls* (2014). He is a member of Voice and Speech Trainers of America.
