## Biography

Patrice Cossonneau is a French stunt performer and occasional actor. Active since 1990, he has performed stunts on numerous films and series, including *A Knight's Tale* (2001), *The Brothers Grimm* (2005), *Taken* (2008), *Merlin* (2008) and *Anna* (2019), frequently credited under variant spellings of his name. His acting roles include Blount in *The Sisters Brothers* (2018) and Captain in *The Messenger: The Story of Joan of Arc* (1999).

Originally from the Le Mans area, Cossonneau has specialised in horse, physical and mechanical stunts. In 2010 he established a stunt training school in Beauregard-Baret in the Drôme region of France.
