Patricia Manney is an American writer for television and film. She wrote the *Xena: Warrior Princess* episode 'Is There a Doctor in the House?' (1996) and two episodes of *Hercules: The Legendary Journeys* ('King for a Day', 1996; 'Long Live the King', 1997).

Manney began her career in motion picture publicity and story development before moving into television writing. She has also worked as a producer, including on the 2025 short *Tempo Rubato*, and is the author of the novel *(R)EVOLUTION* (2015). She is married to producer Eric Gruendemann.
