Patrick Barry is a television writer. He received story and teleplay credit for the *Star Trek: The Next Generation* episode "Angel One" (1988). He has also written episodes of *Beast Wars: Transformers* (1997), *War of the Worlds* (1988–1989), *Hunter* (1985), *Spiral Zone* (1987) and other series.

An honours graduate of Amherst College, his first professional writing credit was for the *Sherlock Holmes Radio Theater*. He has written for animation, film, location-based entertainment projects including Universal Studios' *Star Trek Attraction*, and computer games such as Electronic Arts' *Command & Conquer* and *Lands of Lore*.
